Solved File Explorer Scroll Bars Windows 10 style

Just checked my fully-up-to-date Win11 Pro RTM File Explorer and third-party Total Commander [file manager] and both are showing the expanding scroll bars and slightly rounded moveable bar. Same for Device Manager and Adobe Acrobat Reader, seems to be a global feature.

Things we have no control over such as Edge will be square, so it is hip to be square sometimes.
Not sure how Chrome looks, haven`t used it.

Chrome is still square and wide. Firefox 97 went to Win 11 style narrower scroll bars that enlarge and round when the mouse is on them.

I'm on an Ultrawide, so, the scroll bar is way the hell over there 0002392.png , I rarely even look at it, let alone use it!

Yep you`re correct, they are rounded in YouTube using Edge :) Good catch Edwin.
Wider too.
None of this really matters to me, once you click in a window, if you have to scroll, just use the mouse wheel, or I like to use the keyboard arrows.
In the case of Edge there are two extensions, that I've used, which can provide rounded scrollbars for normal surfing activities. They are: Custom Scrollbars at: Custom Scrollbars and Rescroller at: Rescroller

... except for YouTube...

Chromium, including Edge, uses a custom scrollbar. Edge will soon be releasing a new scrollbar that looks and acts a bit more like the WinUI scrollbars, except it does not support the always show scrollbars option.
And YouTube has a custom scrollbar.
Firefox uses a custom scrollbar too, by the way. It's just themed to look like Windows 11's win32 scrollbars. Firefox's actually has better accessibility by including both hover and pressed states and was how I could tell before actually checking.
