I got rid of the popup prompt that one get's when he opens Edge using this, but I'm betting Edge's 3 dots menu is part of the core of Edge that is baked in and users can't change it. Hopefully, someone can prove me wrong. Since I rarely even open that menu, it's presence is not intrusive and wouldn't bother me.(unliike those stupid popups)

winaero tweaker has settings for the Edge browser
which should be able to disable that pop up.

It's not a popup he's asking about. It's the first thing your see at the top of the menu when you click the 3 dots in Edge.
Brink's tutorial takes care of the nagging popup.
