No..., sorry, I mislead you. The earbuds are BT. I use them for various devices on they're own.
DAC's must remain wired, or the signal is no longer a pure analog signal. That's the whole point of a Digital to Analog Convertor.

Hi @Edwin ,

I have a question:

1. Edifier wired to laptop, green light on active. Working great, non issues on laptop.

2. Knob pressed to Blue/BT on active, while wired in or out. But no audio being played on laptop.

3. Phone paired via Bluetooth.

4. Edifier speakers won't play audio from phone, despite paired. Audio only from phone's speakers....any reason why?

What am I doing incorrect?

Hoping to hear you're expert thoughts.

You need to choose the proper output in volume panel...

Unfortunately, the Edifier's can only be paired to one device at a time!

Unfortunately, the Edifier's can only be paired to one device at a time!

1. Where is this located?
2. I agree, how to disable from laptop to get it paired with phone, just to add to my shallow knowledge.
3. Lastly why has Edifier changed from default after wired connection, as shown in the screen shot and how do I reverse it?

Yup! When wired, the machine just thinks it's a pair of headphones...,
BT is it's own connection.

Does this look fine?

So phone can only be connected easily using (RCA 2 on end and1 on other) cable like the one for laptop........is it correct?
Plugged in to other slots on rear of active speaker.
