Thanks for prompt reply. Its incorrect email address I wish to delete. I have incorrectly entered an address, e.g. me at this care home when the correct one is me at that care home. I am advised to go to File>options etc. but I cannot see File on Outlook mail.

Once again, thanks. They are not autocomplete. I opened create new Email and the suggested address/s showed an X against each one listed. This I presume is a way to delete. My incorrect address must be in another email account i setup when first coming to the care home
