This tutorial will show you how to turn on or off using the Copilot new tab page in Microsoft Edge for your account in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Here's How:

1 Open Microsoft Edge.

2 Click/tap on the Settings and more (Alt+F) 3 dots menu icon, and click/tap on Settings. (see screenshot below)

3 Click/tap on Copilot and AI or Start, home, and new tab page in the left pane. (see screenshots below)

If you do not see a left pane, then either click/tap on the 3 bars menu button towards the top left OR widen the horizontal borders of the Microsoft Edge window until you do.


4 Turn On (default) or Off Copilot new tab page for what you want.

5 You can now close the Settings tab if you like.

Hi
I am using Sidebar Copilot in Edge 25H2 26200.7462 but unable to get the Edge spellchecker to work, other sites in Edge work with the spellchecker (English) but not Copilot. Spellchecker in Copilot.com free plan works but not in the Sidebar version. Any ideas how to get a spellchecker in English to work in Copilot Edge?
