After a clean install it uses the 4 default background pictures that you show.
It takes 48 hours or more before it downloads a new set in this folder:

C:\Users\userid\AppData\Local\Packages\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalCache\Microsoft\IrisService
1737238709924.webp

1737238746172.webp

the default pictures are in this other folder:

C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\DesktopSpotlight\Assets\Images

This tutorial will not fix Spotlight. Only to enable or disable the feature.

Resetting Spotlight can sometimes take a day or so, but Spotlight can be buggy at times.
