I changed the language to english before creating all the logs

about the license... my current OS comes from Windows 7 (preactivated when I bought the PC) then I upgraded to Win 10 (in which I had to use an activator for a few days because i had some problems with the license but after i bought the license of the LTSC version) and then from 10 to 11 for free. So maybe there are some leftovers of that activation. Since i tried to fix the current problem with windows update i tried to change PC to see if it helps to fix it and then the activation got lost and now Windows it's currently unactivated but I'll activate it as soon as i fix this problem. But besides this... do you think is this the problem that causes all of this?

I was afraid to activate it before fixing the problem because i don't want to lose the code license 😥but if u think that the problem is license-related then I'll activate it :)

Just as I suspected. You are trying to upgrade an unsupported computer while connected to the internet and a hidden online compatibility check makes the upgrade to fail. Try again, this time downloading the ISO and disconnecting from the internet during the upgrade. I don't know if it works for Enterprise edition, but for others you either create a patched USB flash drive with Rufus or you replace a hidden file from Setup cache before proceeding. See relevant threads.

The fact is that when i upgraded the pc from Win10 to 11 i didn't use any bypass because it automatically installed via Windows update because it said "your pc is ready to install win11". Anyway what do you mean for "replace a hidden file"? Which file should i hide? But ok I'll try to install it unplugging the ethernet cable :) Thanks

Make sure you configure File Explorer to see hidden files and all file extensions (not hide them). Right-click on the desktop and create a new text document. This is an empty file with .txt extension (if not hidden). Rename it to appraiserres.dll (delete the .txt extension at the end). Now copy it, run Setup and open the Windows drive C: Go to the hidden folder $Windows.~BT This is the Setup cache, the folder where Setup stores temporary data while installing. Open the subfolder sources and paste the file you copied from desktop. Reply Yes to replace the original file. That's it. Now Setup cannot check compatibility and will allow you to upgrade, proceed as usual. Make sure you stay disconnected from the internet until you restart to the new version.

That's it. Ok so this is what i did:

1) disconnetted the Ethernet, mounted the ISO and opened the setup
2) Went to the folder you told me and did what u told me -> 1725475200908.png
3) let the setup start and do all his stuff
1725475068281.jpeg But the problem is still there :(

I am not that experienced with log files, sorry. Just install the standard 23H2 version and wait a couple of months for the 24H2 release.
