I see you already attempted SFC, DSIM and CHKDSK. You might also want to try delete SoftwareDistribution folder and synchronize the computer clock. Read here:

otherwise, if the problem persists contact Microsoft support for assistance on error code 0x80070002

Another possibility, if iko22's suggestion doesn't work, would be to consider completely uninstalling the Kaspersky software before attempting the upgrade. 3rd Party security apps can still prove problematic when performing major system upgrades as they may interpret the actions as a malware attack.

thanks for the answers but today I have already tried both to clean the system folder and to completely uninstall kaspersky but if I try to install windows 11 the installation fails and I always get the same messages

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
When you uninstalled Kaspersky, did you use their removal tool?

Removal tool for Kaspersky applications (kavremover)

yes I used their removal tool restarted pc disconnected all external devices updated the drivers of all internal devices and started the Windows11InstallationAssistant it checks for compatibility detects and downloads updates and then stops with the classic error message
