Solved unable to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 error code: 0x80070002

good evening everyone I just downloaded and created the windows 11 media creation tool and tried to upgrade from windows 10 Pro x64 Edition Version 21H1Build operating system 19043.1266 to windows 11 but the wizard stops and showing me the following message "it is not possible to determine if your pc is ready to continue installing windows 11. try restarting the installer" there is a problem select retry if the problem persists contact microsoft support for assistance error code 0x80070002
my pc has all the software and hardware requirements to upgrade to windows 11 i also received the notification via windows update and i also used the microsoft integrity application to check compatibility but in any way i try to update installation assistant or Creating installation media o Downloading disk image (ISO) I always get the same error message... I have already tried unsuccessfully to run
1.the sfc / scannow
2.check DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth
3.chkdsk / f / r
4.disinstallare Kaspersky

I see you already attempted SFC, DSIM and CHKDSK. You might also want to try delete SoftwareDistribution folder and synchronize the computer clock. Read here:

Another possibility, if iko22's suggestion doesn't work, would be to consider completely uninstalling the Kaspersky software before attempting the upgrade. 3rd Party security apps can still prove problematic when performing major system upgrades as they may interpret the actions as a malware attack.

thanks for the answers but today I have already tried both to clean the system folder and to completely uninstall kaspersky but if I try to install windows 11 the installation fails and I always get the same messages

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
When you uninstalled Kaspersky, did you use their removal tool?

Removal tool for Kaspersky applications (kavremover)

yes I used their removal tool restarted pc disconnected all external devices updated the drivers of all internal devices and started the Windows11InstallationAssistant it checks for compatibility detects and downloads updates and then stops with the classic error message

I think I have tried them all and the only solution is to format the pc and try to perform a clean installation :crys:
