Error: Mic in use by another application

Hi

When I try to use the mic in certain page I get error Another application is using your mic or camera Close any programs that might be using these devices

I don't have any other apps using my mic but this page keep saying my mic is used with another app. How I see this app ? this is Chrome

Update:
For few seconds the mic icon appear and when I hover over it I see mic used by google drive !!!. I uninstalled the app then restart but the problem remain. Again I hover over mic icon and see "used by google drive" !! I check all startup apps and registry there is no google drive in my windows any more.

Any ideas ?

Problem in Chrome only , Firefox work fine.
