We don't speak this language, I have translated
unable to start speech recognition because there is no support for the language setting
It sounds like you are using a different language for the Speech Recognition software then the Default Language on the computer.

Unable to start speech recognition because the language setting is not supported. The recognition language must match the user interface language. Change the recognition language in the Speech Recognition control panel in Advanced Options.
