When do you see the error? At startup?

Qt5Network.dll is a dynamic link library file for the Qt framework that enables network functionality in applications. It appears that Pe_Cach.exe needs it.

I wasn't able to identify the file Pe_Cach.exe, but you could easily find it on your system with something like Voidtools Everything.

Pe_cache could possibly refer to portable executable. Any portable apps/software that you run?

Hi fellow Slovakian. ;-) Try this:
Download DLL file from here: Qt5Network.dll

Then Copy and Paste DLL file into these folders, when asked, overwrite the existing files:
C:\windows\system32
C:\windows\SysWOW64

Restart the computer and see if error message disappeared. If its still giving you error message, try reinstall Visual C++ from Microsoft page.
