Please answer a few questions.

1.Do you use a pin? Have you recently changed your pin?

2. Please go to settings- accounts- signin options. There is a setting there "If you've been away, when should windows require you to signin again." Is yours set to always or never?

3. In search box type bitlocker. Then in search results, click on Manage Bitlocker Control Panel. Under 'operating system drive', is bitlocker turned on or off?

4. Install the TPM Diagnostics tool using one of the methods in this tutorial. Install or Uninstall TPM Diagnostics Tool in Windows 11
Once it's installed open a command prompt as administrator and type tpmdiagnostics.exe getdeviceinformation /?
Please furnish a screenshot of the results.

Please follow my post. We need direct answers to those questions. Also, you did not state in your original post what problem the event messages were causing you. Did you just see them in event viewer or are you experiencing problems with your system? If so describe what's happening. Are the events repeated or just the one time? I ask all these questions because we need something more to go on other than if it's just one event.

I didn't experience any problems at all and my tpm is still enabled on windows settings. I got that error only one time. I tried to open the bitlocker menu and closing it because i thought that was the thing that generated the error but i didn't get that error again.

That's good to know. You will always find occasional errors and warnings in Event Viewer. If you haven't noticed anything wrong with your computer, you shouldn't worry. If your goal is to stop these errors and warnings, you'll be chasing your tail as they are a normal part of computer use.

Thank you for that information. The following is my thoughts. I believe the events are connected and that TPM got corrupted in some way by the pin change and doesn't know what to do when you wake the computer from sleep.

But since I am not a BSOD expert, I am flagging @zbook who handles most of the BSOD issues for his input into this matter. He may have other ideas and may ask you to open a new thread in the BSOD section of the forum rather than use this thread as this error is causing issues for you and happens every time you wake your computer.. Until he responds, follow the steps here to post the logs he will need to analyze. Zip the logs and upload the zipped file to any cloud provider. Then post a link to the zipped file in this thread. BSOD - Posting Instructions

My thoughts for what they're worth:
You can try clearing the TPM to the factory default values, allowing Windows to reinitialize it. For important precautions for this process, and instructions for completing it, see MS article. Read it carefully. Clear all the keys from the TPM

Also, be sure to verify that bitlocker is off before doing anything involving tpm.
  • Open a command prompt window as administrator
  • In command prompt, type manage-bde -status and press Enter.
  • View the status of BitLocker on the drives in the computer.
I strongly suggest you backup your data before clearing the tpm.
I also suggest you backup all third party drivers in case Windows has to be reinstalled.

What I have managed to do in the mean time:
Clear TPM keys (Bitlocker still enabled on both drives), I had no problems with this whatsoever
Disabled my Microsoft Account and made a local account.
Updated Graphics drivers and AMD chipset drivers
Backed up my drives.

Yes the issue still persists. To add more clarity to the problem, whenever I attempt to wakeup my computer from sleep, I can hear the system hardware spool up and the monitors turn on but there is no image and will soon go back to sleep as a result. Smart peripherals stop working (mouse, keyboard) as the programs running the LEDs have stopped. Upon forcing the computer to shutoff and turning it back up it seems to fail the first boot attempt as there is a wind up noise and then everything stops and it does it again, like it failed to boot up the first time. Once the OS boots back up everything seems fine except the clock is off depending on how long I leave the computer in the failed wake-from-sleep state before force shutdown.

edit: Just noticed that upon succesful sign in after the forced shutdown, my programs and applications are still open as if they never shutdown. I thought the ram was supposed to be cleared after system shutdown?
