If anyone living in the US needs to get into a solid, fully compatible, Windows 11 PC for the right price, I highly recommend one of the off-lease SFF Optiplex 3070s that are now readily available on the most popular on-line auction site.
I've bought 4 'buy it now' devices in the last 2 weeks from 2 different sellers for $160 each, shipping included. All Optiplexes are Win PRO licensed. The ones I bought all had SSDs (3 were only 256gb, but this last one was a 500gb Sansung 850 EVO), 16gb of ram,and 9th gen i5 CPU. Some already have 11 installed, but mine didn't. There's a lot of them out there so shop around, read the details, and be sure to look at the seller's feedback.
I've used nothing but Optiplexes as my personal PC for at least 25 years. These are very clean and well worth the money if you need one and are on a budget. The only downside is the ones I've bought have been for friends and family and I have to install Windows and set it up....and deliver it...for free. (sigh)
