Hello @antspants

I was not sure if I should Post this Issue in that Thread since that Thread was resolved.

Should I ask a Mod to Merge these Two Threads?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

I don’t see why. It was just an observation that you’ve had a few of these similar issues.
Have you tried a repair install?

Hello @antspants

No, I am not running any Explorer Extensions etc.

In fact, I have Disabled all Shell Extensions except for Microsoft ones.

I have just Completed the Repair Install so I will see how things go.

I have also checked the Task Scheduler and there are no Scheduled Tasks listed that Run Overnight.

However, I use Plex Server and Plex HTPC on this PC and the Plex Server Scheduled Tasks are Scheduled to Run between 02:00 and 07:00 so it could be Plex causing this.

Thanks

Kevin

Hello all

I Hope you are Well.

Well, I am still trying to Fix the Explorer Crashes

Last Night I had Two Crashes of Explorer.exe, from what I can see they were caused by AdobeCollabSync and PhoneLink.

I Disabled Phonelink, in Settings and in Startup Apps awhile ago and I have also Disabled Sync in Adobe Acrobat Reader which I believed to be responsible for the AdobeCollabSync Crash but it seems I was mistaken.

Has anyone come across these Issues?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

Hello all

Just a Quick Update.

This Issue seems to be Solved.

As a Last Resort I created an Exclusion in Windows Security for the Plex HTPC and Plex Server Program Directories and since doing so I have not had a SIngle Crash.

I just wish I knew what, in particular, was causing the Issue so I could narrow down the Exclusion but everything is working, so, all is Good.

Thanks

Kevin
