Solved File Explorer Layout

Hi:
I am trying to get Attributes to always show at the left-most column and the file's Name to appear fully within the 2nd column. And, to make this setting stick!!
How can this be done in Win11 File Explorer?

Right click on size or anywhere on the bar. Select more.

Select Attributes,OK

Simply drag the columns as you see fit.
To make it stick...

Click on ... located next to View.
On the white pane, select second tab(view), apply to Folders.
ALL folders will look just like that.

I can get Attributes to appear and all columns to fit, OK; but how do I get these settings to be implemented on all File Explorer displays in the future? I seem to recall in Win10 I had to do something in addition to make it the "defaulted" setting for all instances of File Explorer. I don't think I should need to reset each time I open a folder in File Explorer....
