Hello
I have a recent issue which is that when I create new folders or rename a file, the filename length is limited to 36 characters.
This is not a problem when I am inside an Offce app and using "Save As", where 200 characters is fine.
Only an issue when manipulating files in File Explorer.
I have done some research and can't even find anyone else reporting this problem.
I did try the steps to enable long paths in Win 11, but that didn't help
(I did this How to Enable Win32 Long paths in Windows 11/10? - Technoresult )
