Hi everyone, I've been having a problem with two sites for a few weeks now to log in to the site.
This only happens to me with Mozilla Firefox because if I try to access the same site with Opera for example you can log in without problems.
I wanted to know why this thing, after entering the login data and clicking on log in the wheel always loads but the login is not done. I think that firefox is blocking something

I tried to delete the firefox cache but nothing, I tried to uninstall and reinstall firefox without success.
In privacy and security in the manage exceptions section I also entered the site but nothing, the problem persists.

if it was a problem with the site I couldn't access through other browsers, so I really think it's something in firefox that's blocking
The site is 100% safe

Firefox: 130.0

When you say "You tried" it suggests that you failed to clear the cache for some reason. Maybe you meant to say that you did delete the cache rather than 'tried to' delete the cache. Semantics , I know but that's the nature of computers. A very small misunderstanding can have consequences. I do not mean to patronise you. I am just after clarity. No offence intended and I hope you get the issue fixed.

To be sure that you succeeded you should see a reduction in MB from before to after. In my case clearing the cache deleted 557MB of data. The remaining 192MB is cookie data. See photos re my Firefox cache cleaning. I always leave cookies and site data unticked if I am only clearing the cache.: -

I agree with clearing all browser data and disabling it's add-ons, but still no guaranntee. I use FF mostly. I have 2 sites that flat will not let me login using FF, my bank, and my insurance company, so I have to use Edge. Chrome will work on those sites too, Just not FF. I've found a few other sites where FF will let me access the site, but my screen does not react as expected. Slowly, I'm using Edge more because of it.

If anyone is using the "Malwarebytes Browser Guard" extension for Firefox it was blocking my login credentials for Staples giving me an incorrect EMail or password until I disabled the extension after that I could log in normally.

I use as a Windows program not as an extension, the AdGuard program that I believe is similar to "Malwarebytes Browser Guard"
I blamed AdGuard for this problem on Firefox but I tried to close the program but the problem persists.
If it was AdGuard's fault I think it blocked my access on all the browsers that I have installed on the computer and not just Firefox, I don't understand this.
Access by opening a tab in anonymous mode you can access the site.

Do you use Malwarebytes Browser Guard? If you do, see this link.

I have a similar issue on my set-up - just on one particular site. If you disable this add-in, everything works as it should.

Sometimes simply disabling adblockers, script blockers or browser guard add-ons isn't enough for the browser to work properly and you would need to remove all of them and close and reopen the browser and check if working ok at default.

Do you use Malwarebytes Browser Guard? If you do, see this link.

I have a similar issue on my set-up - just on one particular site. If you disable this add-in, everything works as it should.
Do you know if this problem also affects AdGuard 7.18.1 (4778)?

I confirm that Adguard is to blame, I deactivated it for a few hours and did not close it like I did the first time.
By deactivating Adguard everything goes back to normal, but I cannot stay with Adguard deactivated because the web is full of invasive advertising that disturbs navigation.
If someone can help me at least understand how to deactivate a specific page, I would be truly grateful

Right, but I have always disabled any adblock on sites that I frequent most and that are supported by advertising.
there are sites that I open for some research for work that open many things for me, and many of these are harmful.
ok that said I apologize for having written this.
