Fixing Microsoft Account Security Options That Keep Failing

I am so fed up with Microsoft security codes and settings with errors.I most just use e-mail, have had a hotmail account for decades... I detest the authentication and errors and errors, when I try to scan and it gives errors saying something went wrong try again... or constantly blocks me out of my pin and passwords, saying it was used too many times. I am confused why more people haven't given them a word or two telling them they suck. between phones and computers they really need to stop abusing us telling use are locked out then their own apps refuse to lets us log in. The we want to reset your password is garbage... sick of them making us change our password when their code fails. I tried using their authenticators but they don't work, I try setting a passkey and get nowhere, just a loop I can't get out of. I am not saying I am a fan of anyone, but at least Gmail treats us much much better. M.S. should go out of business, if there were any justice. I have so many I.D.s gov I.D. (I am a vet) I.D. Me, which is worthless. Except for some VA websites. My usual I.D. and Licenses. Yet, MS abuses me with constant errors over my I.D. to check e-mail. Amy I the only one Pissed?
