Solved Flashing blue screen on startup

It sounds like your Dell XPS running Windows 11 is experiencing a booting issue after you reset the backup battery. Here are some suggestions to try:

Disconnect all peripherals and external devices (except for the keyboard and mouse) from your laptop and then restart it to see if it resolves the issue.

Try booting the computer in Safe Mode and see if the issue persists. If it does, then try to access the System Restore option to restore your system to a previous restore point.

Use your Macrium image to restore your drive to a previous state when the system was working fine. This could potentially fix the issue if it's related to a software problem.

If none of the above steps work, try to boot the computer from a Windows 11 installation media and perform a repair or clean install of the operating system.

In summary, try disconnecting all peripherals, booting in Safe Mode, restoring your system with Macrium image, or booting from Windows 11 installation media to fix the booting issue.

I’ve solved the problem, or rather Glaskutter did. Saturday 25 March. Apparently, the latest Win 11 update conflicted with several Apps that require GUI updates.
