Folder on my PC "Trust Protection Lists" What is it & is it safe?

I have installed an audio plugin application on my PC and it has created a folder with WebView2:
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Shared\x64\WebView2
Inside that folder there is folder called "Trust Protection Lists" with many strange URL's.
What are these urls? are they safe? is the list blocking them or allowing them?
I have attached the files as they are only 64kb. So you can check them out !

Why did you upload a rar instead of just listing the addresses? Prob not many people willing to download that.. just so you know.

Honestly, this doesn't look legitimate. Was this plugin downloaded from the Arturia website? When I run their ASC installer, it doesn't create lists under their ProgramData folder.

Arturia is a dedicated high-end audio HW manufacturer, so they wouldn't try to make revenue off web traffic.

I wanted people to be able to see the all the lists and files. There is no executable in the rar file (just txt lists) and they can scan it before opening. The lists are too long to be pasted I think!

Yes it's legit installer. I searched a little more online and there seem to be same folders in the MS original webview folder too!
this is the path on my PC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\129.0.2792.52\Trust Protection Lists
do you guys have this also?

I am not sure if I am understanding correctly, but these URL's seem to be blocked and not allowed!? right?
because if they are allowed it's catastrophically bad!
