Solved Folders Missing in "This PC" After Windows 11 Upgrade

Hello everyone,

I've recently upgraded to the latest version of Windows 11 and encountered an issue that I hope some of you can help with. Previously, when I logged into "This PC," I had specific folders (Documents, Downloads, etc.) that appeared by default. However, after the upgrade, these folders have disappeared.

I used to have a registry key tweak that would restore these folders, but unfortunately, it seems this fix no longer works with the latest update.

That be the case, you went into the upgrade with irregular tweaks in your user account. The tutorial DOES work, but not if an account was screwed up from being default in the first place. You can prove it to yourself by making a new clean user account and then using the tutorial.

The tutorial is not the same. It does include what you posted, but it also contains the updated keys and values for it to work again.

Please give the REG files currently in the tutorial a try. They should work for you.
