I don't have Copilot in Taskbar in Windows 11 25H2 (Clean Install). Maybe because i'm from Europe?

I've had the enablement package installed for several weeks but still 'no new features' enabled even though I'm on the latest RP build.

My word is not gospel here but I am guessing since you are running an incompatible CPU, that you had to use a workaround to get 24h2. So I do not think you will be offered the enablement package thru WU nor can you manually apply the enablement package. It's always been my understanding that upgrading to a new version on incompatible hardware requires the same thing. You will have to use the same method to get 25h2. You should be able to download the iso, create install media for incompatible hardware using Rufus, then mount the iso and use the mounted image to do an inplace upgrade to 25h2. If I am wrong, hopefully one of the others will correct me.

I did use the enablement to update from 24H2 to 25H2. It is a small file, Windows11.0-KB5054156-x64.msu in which you can just click on it to run and a minute or two later it unlocks 24H2. Very simple and fast. After that I ran Windows update and am getting those. I have a very unsupported laptop. It is true that major updates to windows won't be offered me and as you say one would need to run the iso, but this is nothing that major.

Actually, upon further reflection, I think I should have said that us unsupported people would not be seeing the Windows Update for the enablement package, and that is Microsoft hadn't included the code for 25H2 inside their latest Cumulative Update then we probably would need to upgrade using the ISO. But as it is since members here have linked to the WU file we can just use this instead. I think that's what I meant to say.

my wife's computer now updated to 25H2.
Windows 11 in Gnome boxes on Fedora SilverBlue now updated to 25H2 on my computer.

In-Place Upgrade from 23H2 to 25H2 went well.
26200.6584.250915-1905.25h2_ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_CONSUMER_x64FRE_en-us.iso
Run via Setup.exe in File Explorer from a 25H2 install media created using Rufus v4.9 , which I had pre-made as I'll be doing a clean install.

Sure RP cannot be ahead of official RTM - they should be the same when RTM is officially released.

Have we misinterpreted the iso from links above as being "final" RTM?

I wonder if (say) they are an "early version" for use by companies for preliminary testing?

Let's suppose final RTM is 26200.6718, will those on 26200.6584 get updated via WU to 26200.6718 (I assume this would happen but that is a guess!)

I presume if 26200.6718 turns out to be the final RTM build, the 24H2 must get another cumulative update?

It ain't over until the circumferentially challenged non gender specific person sings?

26200.6718 is a preview update released only on the RP channel. Releasing ISO does not mean that Microsoft will stop maintaining the Windows system. Security updates will still be released every month.

Please remember that you need to join the Release Preview Channel of the Windows Insider Program to receive this(26200.6718) update.
