Hello!

I've read quite a lot about the mistakes on the internet and I can tell you that I first of all tries to approach the first one and then the second one. Let me try telling you what I've tried:

1. It's not the redistributable problem because I literally updated every single redistributable I was able to. I can even tell you that my laptop running Windows 11 having literally the same programs without redistributable doesn't have these problems.

2. I've tried running some programs using administrator accounts and seems like they don't have this kind of problem but I need to combine administrator account with compatibility mode and if I don't use it, the applications won't open at all.

3. Windows Defender is turned off and every single antivirus is turned off so there is no reason for something to be blocked and I see one of those mistakes as far as I've read could be because Windows cannot access the files it needs in order to the open.exe file.

4. Of course I cannot guarantee that is not some kind of malware issue that I can tell you that I've downloaded every single antivirus I was able to include Webroot and Malwarebytes in order to scan for malware and I can tell you there were some files which were cleaned but nothing really changed in practice. The errors are still here.

5. I've even tried running a program which tracks what kind dll error could be potentially preventing the program from running but I can tell you that the program wasn't able to run the programs I wanted to identify. Very strange.

6. I tried importing and restoring my registry but I ended up with my computer rejecting to boot adequately. Very strange as well.

7. System restore didn't help either and reinstalling the programs which are concerned didn't help either because I would reinstall those programs and run them without any problems on the first try but after that they would just start crashing randomly. I cannot even tell you is the same programs but sometimes the program A will work without any problem and sometimes it won't even open because of the same mistake.

8. "Sfc /scannow" and "DISM" so no Integrity violations.

9. Not a single Registry Cleaner software was able to sort this out and I still I think the problem is in registry itself but I don't really know how to sort that out.

10. Resetting the PC without keeping data seems to work about that is not really a viable solution. I have a bad cough but a backup seems to contain some files which are bad.

What I want to try now is ask you guys what In your experience do these kinds of mistakes mean and are they similar at all? I know one of them is the problem with permissions if I'm not mistaken but I don't really know which one honestly. I don't even make a difference between two of them.

Some programs I have tried to run first of all showed some kind of dll mistake and when I downloaded the dll file the mistake disappeared but I got one of these two errors.

What I would want to try is trying to reinstall the system with keeping the data intact. Is that possible over some USB Windows 11 media?

Thank you for reading!

Thank you for your help but I get an error when I try to install it. Seems like we are able to identify the cause but let me see whether I can find something in the logs...

I cannot find any log file in the directory where it should be...

It seems a little bit strange to me to be honest that DirectX cannot be installed. Keep in mind that I'm running Windows 11 so I guess it has to be followed by DirectX 12 already.

"An internal system error occurred".

How about a repair install? That might fix it up??

I don't even know how I managed to sort it out but I'm so happy that situation is finally okay.

That is a hazardous virus that often attaches itself to different applications on computer or network devices.

With it you may get software freezes that eventually leads to crashes.

You might want to go to one of the Malware removal site & have them check that you got it all, i would do it but they don't like me doing it here !! Just go and get it checked !!

Trust me when I tell you I have done everything I could and I somehow managed to remove it but I can't really tell you how. I've tried lots of antiviruses and of course it used to come back all the time because it's hooked to some dlls.
I didn't really know this virus can be dis dangerous because I had viruses before but I wasn't really aware of that fact it could prevent me from running program is normally. At least I've learned something new!,

But did you know us Malware Removal Specialist have tools that are not connected to Antivirus removals where all they do is scan your computer ! We have programs & the knowledge to read signs of things hiding in places where normal scans can't find ! We go to school for a long time to learn how to run these Special programs & how to remove bad stuff !! Just trying to help ! Glad you got it fixed !!

The symptoms like computer turning, on itself and programs which had to work not working have disappeared. The scan shows there is no virus anymore and no matter what can I do it's always the same results. I've been combining couple of antivirus and anti-malware solutions.
I think emergency boot helped a lot.
