Ghost Windows above the taskbar

Regarding windows 11 has ghost images in my taskbar when i have an app or several apps open. how do i turn them off. here is a picture of what i mean.
I am using:

I'm a little confused by what you mean. Do you not want anything to show when you put your mouse exactly in that location, or over any icon in the TaskBar?

Also, can you take a better screenshot of that?
1) Press: WinKey+Shift+S
2) Drag the area to make a rectangle of what yo are pointing at in the previous picture.
3) Open Microsoft Paint, paste the clip there, save the image.
4) Upload the image here.

What I think he wants is to disable taskbar thumbnails. According to the web, the old way of doing this in "visual effects" no longer works. I don't know if the group policy method still works or not. I believe it can be done using Windhawk though.

I don't have Taskbar thumbnails or Windhawk.
I do use Winaero Tweaker, but I don't see anything in there that would remove the TB thumbnails?

I removed Vivetool as well.
All I use is Winaero and TranslucentTB. I don't see anything in there either.
