Google suddenly switching to Dark Theme constantly

On all my systems I have the sytem default dark theme, but I turn that off with settings in Google. Suddenly I'm starting Google and dark theme is on. I can go into Google settings and turn it off, and it does so. But after a couple of times it's back to dark again, and the Google settings has reverted to system default.

Anyone else seeing this?

You didn't mention which browser you use.

Clear the cookies for google (will reset all your logins and settings), that works sometimes. It's an old bug - due to syncing with multiple devices and can't tell which is which.

I'm using Edge as my browser. Have just deleted all Google cookies on one of the 4 PCs affected, and that seems to have fixed it. Looks like Google have changed something since all 4 got the problem at the same time.
