Solved Has anyone successfully performed a CLEAN INSTALL of preview release 26200.8728?

I'm not at all interested in upgrades, I already know that works. Just wondering if anyone has tried a clean install of this build.

The reason I ask: I roll my own updates, not using UUP. But I know that most people here would use UUP to create their image. Before I spend the time downloading this via UUP I just wanted to see if this actually worked for anyone. For some reason, the image that I created goes into an eternal reboot loop after the first reboot during installation and I just wanted to see if anyone had better luck with an image created using UUP.

I'm actually hoping that this fails because then it would indicate a problem with the image rather than my procedure for creating it

Thank you. That makes me feel a whole lot better. I hate when something changes that causes me to have to debug my program for some new change that Microsoft sprung on us. Thankfully, my methodology seems to be sound and has been stable for a few years now.

I probably just jinxed myself!

The error with the UUPDUMP.NET download seems to have been fixed.

I haven't used the ISO it makes to perform a clean install, but today's download mounts and launches normally.

It has always mounted and launched normally, as I noted, only a clean install was affected. It would get as far as the first reboot during a clean install but then it would imply reboot repeatedly. Not a huge deal, I just tend to make a complete ISO image out of every regular release and the preview releases as well. I don't bother with any other insider builds.
