Just a short answer: yes. I really have no more clues why it does not update. The last change to find out more, would be now to set the system language from german to englisch (including ps etc.) and submit the log files as mentioned in this threat.

I did it again and gave it a try and took a look at the GateBlockID which now declares 52325539. That should be from my knowledge a GateBlockID regarding EasyAntiCheat. Just found it and maybe delete it and ....

Updating to 24H2 is an "At Your Own Risk" experience. Understandably humans line up for the Latest and Supposedly greatest things. However, the old adage of "the best things come to those who wait" is the best advice for the new windows. I am waiting until I can no longer stay on 23H2. Hopefully that takes a year or so from now. BY then Most not All issues will be resolved.

24H2 is LTSC and stable once you fix all the initial issues which usually involve updating/removing outdated software like drivers

Just to let you know that I have to change my system signature to win 11 pro 24h2. After deleting Easy Anti Cheat the update to 24h2 was possible.
Thanks to the experts for writing their thoughts and advices into this thread.
