help with Copilot install

Ok, I recently reinstalled windows 11 Pro, and can't for the life of me get Copilot working.

Here's the thing, I can use the same ISO and install it in Virtualbox, and let it update and restart and I see Copilot, Then I also used the SAME ISO and installed it on the actual machine. and let it update and restart, and get no Copilot??

Any help in getting Copilot installed for me?? Why it works in virtualbox and not the actual machine.

I think a lot depends on how you installed Windows 11, your hardware,
and what "other" tweaks you have running, concurrently.
And last but not least.... whether you're on a Local or MS Account.
