She clicked on a 400 lives Roblox game option and it charged my card $5.00

She could have clicked a Roblox option that would have cost $199.

Apparently the store and my CC are linked in my account.

I do sometimes use it for online purchases, but not often.

Wife thinks I should remove card linked to MS store.

Is there a security feature to stop someone from single click buys?

You could make a second (local) user account (without administrative rights) just for her and disable the store service in that accunt.
Maybe disabling store service even is not necessary if there is no administrarive account, but I did not test that.

Disabling store service is done by this regedit:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\InstallService]
"Start"=dword:00000004

Undoing it (set to manual):

You should be able to set the purchase options in Roblox itself. I have access to my granddaughters Roblox web account that I created for her. I know many simply add the game or download it without accessing the actual web page the account is on. You can also set Pins, restrict who can contact, etc.

To stop unwanted purchases using the Microsoft Store app:
  1. Open Microsoft Store and select Profile next to the search box.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Set the Purchase without passcode toggle to OFF.

Dealing with store charges to your credit card is simple as others have suggested, but why would you allow a 6 year old, or anyone of any age for that matter, to have unfettered access to your computer, especially using your account. A couple of clicks with the mouse can cause more severe issues than charges your credit card company would probably reverse. That's what guest and child accounts are for. No one should be allowed to install anything but you.

Pure not thinking about it is why it happened.

I do tell them all to not buy anything.
The 3 of them are Hailey age 6, Hunter age 8, Chet age 10.
All denied doing it,
We told all 3 someone bought some Roblox option, then Chet logged in and looked at all 3 Roblox accounts and discovered it was Hailey done the deed.

She kept saying she had not bought anything, but the proof is her account made the buy. And each at our house log into their own account.

Or... remove YOUR credit card from your MS account.
However you manage it... without a card... she can't "BUY" anything.

FYI...my sister's granddaughter wiped out her checking account via buying stuff on Roblox. My sister had it tied to her checking account. Her granddaughter kept buying little things like money wasn't a concern. My sister had no idea until she went to buy something and found out she had ZERO balance on her checking acct. It's been awhile now but it was on a Fire Tablet tied to her Amazon account.
