How do I check what's using up virtual memory?

I have two PC's and same specs and I do similar stuff on both of them but has 8gb Virtual memory and other has 14.5gb virtual memory when looking at system and reserved.

How do I check to see what's using that much virtual memory and how to lower it?

The case fan and CPU cooler were after purchase upgrades...the i7 cpu runs hot and the OE solution can best be described as marginal when CPU intensive apps are used.
ALSO added VRM and SSD passive heatsinks.

Sorry edited, the thread. I meant to say one has 8gb virtual memory and the other 14.5gb virtual memory not Vram. Also, how can I lower virtual memory?

Yeah there is.
1. First set it to "no paging file" and reboot.
2. Then open it again and set it to "System Managed"...


But with 32GB of installed RAM, you can choose: "Custom size", instead of "System Managed", (in step 2), and set the maximum and the minimum to the same number. Maybe 8192MB.

you can, but it's just going to fill it back up again as you use the computer. Unless you are 100% out of disk space, why would you NOT want Windows to manage your memory.
