how do you all keep track of your configuration settings and tweaks?

I'm asking because I assume most guys here use multiple programs and scripts for this purpose.

I do not use any 3rd party programs. Since all the tweaks I've made have been taken from this forum's tutorial section, I keep everything I've changed in a folder with sub-folders by topic; individual regedit files, batch files, a few word docs, and links.
I made it even easier with the regedit files. I sat down one day and combined them into ONE regedit file that will take care of them all in one go.
I kept the links in case I ever want to undo a tweak I've made.
