I've never encountered that issue, but apparently, it helps to ensure that the
Locked value under
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar is set to 1.
SwitchExplorer does that for you, so try switching the Explorer back and forth between the Windows 10 and Windows 11 versions using that tool (be sure to check the "Restart Explorer" checkbox).
From your screen shot, it looks like you've enabled the Windows 10 Explorer, but the menus are unexpected. Are you running any dynamic patching tools such as StartAllBack, ExplorerPatcher, WindHawk, OldNewExplorer, Open Shell, or QTTabBar?
