Hello all,
I hope to post in the right section.
I have already installed Windows 11 on my PC in Italian language. I would like to add the English language but I want to do it offline, I mean without internet connection. Is it possible? If yes please which are the steps to follow?

Adding another language may depend upon the source of the original installation as to what that was, a disc or a download and save. If you have either then offline should work. And another thing is the edition, single language or multiple language.

language packs aren't available as separate download, hence it's impossible (officially)

Download the Language Packs, and use the "dism.exe /online /Add-Package" command.
Install or Remove Language Packs

• Windows 11, version 21H2 Language and Optional Features ISO
• Windows 11, version 22H2 Language and Optional Features ISO
