how to block a Bing Popup?

Sometimes when I fall asleep in my easy chair I will get this random popup from Bing. I do not use Edge or Bing as internet browser or search engine. I have switched from Google Chrome to Firefox because of youtube policies. This is the popup:

What is the popup? The web page randomly opens?
Odd. Id be more concerned if it popped up to “How do I get out of my easy chair”

Have you been into Firefox and removed Bing from the search settings?
What’s the home page for Firefox?

I have a HP laptop similar to yours. I recall using Firefox, but I switched to using Chrome a very long time ago. However, I have never had the popup you describe. In chrome, I use two popup blockers (AdBlock and AdBlock+) plus a extension called Chrometana. Chrometana redirects Bing searches to something else. I don't deal with YouTube very often, so I don't know what the politics issue is.
When I do use YouTube, I have haven't had any issues.
