How do I delete a file I found in UniGetUi?
It's titled Microsoft.AppInstaller. Version 1.27.350.0
My opinion is that this is not needed as I could download an app without it?
Please give me some direct5ion on this file/app.

Yes, leave it alone. It is installed as a command line in Late versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
