Solved How to make dragged items in Explorer Translucent

In Windows 10 and Windows 11 21H2, an item dragged in Explorer is semi-transparent, so you can easily see the target. In Windows 11 22H2 and above, they're opaque, making it more difficult to hit your target.
While we wait (and wait) for Microsoft to bring back transparency to dragged icons, the following patch will make dragged icons translucent, like they were in 21H2:

If GitHub user krlvm can fix this issue with a 43 line C++ program, it really makes you wonder what's going on with the Microsoft Explorer team. Do they really think an opaque dragged item is a better design?
