I just tried again two times and it was flagged both times with Version 1.443.1090.0 . I will stay with 1.61.1 till MS figures this out.
Defender can be weird about repeating false positives. Have you you tried to clearing the Defender history?

It most likely would flag it again when I turn it back on.

It will remain Allowed, even if you clear Protection History over and over.

I was thinkin that, as it stated it would not remediate it in the future.
Well I installed a different GPU Driver and used DDU to do it in safe mode and that seemed to undo WT so I did it again and this time I will leave the allow in Def alone. MSI removed it from my allowed threats and it still works.
