Edit: I had forgotten that I had allowed the "threat".
I just tried again two times and it was flagged both times with Version 1.443.1090.0 . I will stay with 1.61.1 till MS figures this out.

Well I installed a different GPU Driver and used DDU to do it in safe mode and that seemed to undo WT so I did it again and this time I will leave the allow in Def alone. MSI removed it from my allowed threats and it still works.

I am totally not sure about this but I believe the threat becomes tied to the program that triggered it.I removed it from my allowed threats and it still works.
Once allowed and OKed, it stays allowed until a new session is triggered.
@Josey Wales , have you tried rebooted and then run Winaero again?
