How to select system icons to show or hide on the taskbar?

Wi-Fi and sound icons are showing on the taskbar, but I want to hide them. It's simple to do in Windows 10. Also, I miss the notification icon at far right that I use in 10 to access the settings page.

Yes, I also can not hide icons for WiFi, Sound and Battery, I'll send a feedback.

Try to do this:
Press WIN + R, type:
shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9}

That will bring a dialog to activate tray icons.

Or, advanced option, use this:
Add Personalize (classic) context menu in Windows 10
