1. Change insider setting from beta to release preview
2. In window update settings - Update history - Uninstall updates, uninstall the enablement package
3. Reboot. You should come up in 22621.601
4. Check for updates and install the 22621.607 cumulative update

Then you should be able to get to the official release the next cumulative update of it.
This also means you should have confidence that on the next official production cumulative update (if > 22621.601) you should be able to update from the beta 22622.601 to production by leaving the insider program, uninstalling the enablement package, and checking for updates.
Just a verification.
EDIT: Hmm, I still have Insider beta features enabled, like FE tabs. These must have been enablements that came after the original enablement package with beta updates, but may not be for you. This is OK by me LOL. Maybe an in-place upgrade at some point would correct this
So I guess proceed with caution. And removing the Enablement package does not remove the enablements like thought,
