HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.53.3332.0

I have a HP HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg1xxx running Windows 11 Professional (x64) Version 22H2 (build 22621.1413). I receive optional driver updates like the one listed. I can never find out what the fix, they just say HP Inc Software Component. Any idea to find out what they are updating

I share your pain. I believe it is the HP Application Enabling Services. I came to that conclusion through a brute force scroll through all the HP related entries in Device Manager where 1.52.3317.0 is the latest driver installed. My layman's understanding is that other HP bloatware installed on one's computer uses this service to operate. Hope that helps.

Yes you are correct, it is in the device manage for Software components- HP Application Enabling Services it really doesn't say what it does but I agree it is for their bloatware.... Thanks
