Hyper-V Issues

Has anyone encountered this error before when launching Hyper-V?
I also reinstalled it from the Programs and Features list rebooted my laptop and issue still appears.

Strangely, it was working the night before....

That looks like the quick create screen. I believe that list pulls from the internet, so if you have something preventing that activity that maybe why you have an issue.
