I can not find option to switch to new created admin user

I think I got the same issue with a brand new computer.
The weird is I managed to do rdp with the local accounts from another computer.
If I'm not connected with rdp, I can't see other users.
If I'm connected with rdp, I can see the user connected the the users list on the login page, but only after entered the "clock" page and gone back to the login page.

Latest development:
I managed to connect first time from rdp to the local account an initialize it.
I then deleted the Microsoft account from rdp
I rebooted the computer.
Then as the initialized local account was displayed on the login screen, I managed to login with the local account.

I have a second local account. But I can't switch to it.

I ended up by resetting the windows and as it was brand new, I was losing nothing.

This time I took time to set up a local account first by disabling the wifi when trying the authentication. And now all is OK. I can create a new local account, and switch to it.

It seems that the first I try to set up the windows, as I authenticated with a Microsoft work or school account for the first administrator, I was limited somewhere for the local accounts features. And I didn't find any setting related to that limitation in myaccount.microsoft.com.

@William654 , I hope my findings will help a bit.
