Perhaps you need to go to Specsavers?It is "hidden" and not obvious during the installation process of Windows. Now we know the intent is is malicious.

Also term malicious is an exaggeration. Malicious means it does harm.
This action does no harm and is reversible.
At most, one could call it commercially agressive.
