I need an ISO or ECD build of windows 11 build 23h2

Hi folks,

I have a triple boot on my Desktop running Windows 10 and Windows 11 (unsupported hardware) actually running good. On Windows 11 its the build previous to 23h2, as the latest build won't work anyway due to CPU limitations (Amd Phenom 945) I will have to make do with build 23h2 if I can find an ISO Or ECD version of 23h2, I need the Windows 11 pro Uk English or probably English international version as otherwise I can't update the installed apps on 11.

I have searched high and low to get the ISO or ECD from a trusted source but so far no luck, I did try a Windows 11, not pro version but it wouldn't let me do an upgrade to 223h2 with the installed apps intact.

I use flyby to do the install but even Rufus doesn't have the older 23h2 version on its database, even downloading that update file on Rufus.

I would appreciate if if anyone can give me a trusted source link to a 23h2 version.

That's why I always keep some older Windows 10 and 11 ISOs in my archive so I can reinstall Windows on older systems as needed. Living in Greece we use both US English and Greek versions, so for Windows 11 I keep two ISOs, one for each language per version, while for Windows 10 I keep four ISOs, one 32-bit US, one 64-bit US, one 32-bit GR and one 64-bit GR! I know there are combined 32/64 ISOs, but these might not boot on UEFI 32-bit only systems like my HP Stream 7 tablet, so I download the 32-bit and 64-bit versions separately, just in case. The UUP Dump link on the second post is a safe site but expect it to take a long time to download the core installation, any updates and then convert all these files to the final ISO. Don't forget to select the option to create an ISO, as far as I remember this is optional. The files are not very useful without this option.
