Solved I need help uninstalling Adobe Offers?

This is a website shortcut and not an installed app. It was odd, though, that when I right clicked on the icon in the Start menu and chose Uninstall

What browser? If it's chrome you could have possibly created a pain old shortcut or chrome has some way of installing it as an app. Right click and choose properties to see which it is. If it's a plain shortcut just drag it over to good old Dusty.

It's probably bloatware then, just uninstall it.

Looking at similar threads at the bottom of my first thread/post I found this thread. It helped me. I had already found this two annoyances (Booking and Adobe Offers) and had seen the shortcuts at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs but had not delete them yet. Reading this thread gave me the confidence to do it. Thanks guys.

Depending on your global region, Windows will pin a handful of suggested 3rd-party apps to the Start Menu.

They're only pinned icons, there's nothing actually installed on your PC (unless you click on them to launch the installer link). To remove any one of the pinned icons, select the icon on the Start Menu and use the right-click menu to delete them.
