I thought it was fixed but I guess not

I thought I got it cleared up but I'm getting quite a few 0xc000021a errors with BSOD. Some have verbiage but others don't. The screen locks up and stays a 0% and never writes a crash dump. I did see one error that said "Kernel_Data_Inpage_error" and another that said "Critical_Process_DIED" but other times no message.
The system is new and under warranty except for the PSU. I had it new in box for a few years before adding it to this build.

Plan to run the computer continuously in safe mode for three to five days (shift + restart)

Monitor the computer using: reliability monitor

Report into the thread any hang, freeze, BSOD, or unexpected shutdown and restart.

Are there any important computer files that are not backed up?

Can you plan a clean install?

I have installed the RAID Controller as you recommended.

I didn't know how to take pictures of the Memtest86 screen until after I had already run the test but I've posted the results.

Okay I'm planning on running the PC in safe mode and using reliability monitor for the next five days. Then I'll report back. Anything else I need to do?

Some of the reports were missing and some were duplicates of the same drive for HD Sentinel.

The HD Sentinel results are instantaneous.
Please make sure that there are three images for each drive.
(Click on the left side column to highlight the drive)
(Please post a share link for each drive that has the three images)
(Overview, Temperature, SMART)

Please post a new V2 share link.

While in safe mode see if you can stress the computer and if there is a hang, freeze, BSOD, or unexpected shutdown and restart report the date and time into this thread.

I had to take it out of Safe Mode to download HeavyLoad. I'll run in in safe mode and see what happens. But it just being in safe mode so far produced no BSOD

I just tried to run HeavyLoad and got a BSOD stating Kernel_Data_Inpage_error that shoed Ntfs.sys failed. That was at 5:17pm. Then at 5:23pm another BSOD stating 0xc000021a with nothing else. HeavyLoad did not finish so there was no log generated. But I did see over 100 errors listed on drive C:.

How come the three images for HD Sentinel were not posted for each disk drive in the same post?

Please post all of the images for HD Sentinel as per the earlier posts.

The V2 log collector displayed normal boot.

How come the computer is not being tested in safe mode?

If you'll follow the instructions in the post I'll provide help.
At this time I'm ready to sign off.

Most computers can boot into safe mode with networking.
This is typically Ethernet.

If you want to boot into safe mode with Wifi it is an option on many computers.
(Some computers cannot boot into safe mode with Wifi).

To boot into safe mode with Wifi it's typically necessary to make the Wifi connection immediately after the reboot and before logon to Windows.
The logon to Windows often interferes with the wifi connection.
So if you want safe mode with wifi see if you can connect wifi first and logon to Windows second.

The V2 that was just posted in post #9 was again in normal boot.

Testing needs to be performed in safe mode.

See this link:

Please do not stress test the computer for the next 24 to 48 hours.
Just boot into safe mode or safe mode with networking or safe mode with command prompt.

Report into the thread the method that you choose to boot into safe mode.
Then post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

I had a power outage at 4:50pm on 07-19. I restarted the PC in safe mode at 5:00pm at 5:08 I had a BSOD with a Critical_Process_Died. I restarted and got a BSOD with error code 0xc000021a. I'm including the two V2 logs I took right after both BSOD and a copy of the Reliability log. I'll put the PC back in to Safe mode. For some reason even though I select safe mode with internet I only get airplane mode.

Create a bootable Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso)

Perform a clean install using Windows 10:

After the clean install do not install any drivers or applications.

Use only the default Microsoft drivers.

Monitor the computer using reliability monitor.

Report any hangs, freezes, BSOD, or unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

Okay I can do that but this is a Win 11 install. Am I to substitute 11 for the 10 in your post? Or do you want me to actually download and install win10? Then what happens to my 11? I can certainly do as you recommend just want to understand what I’m doing.
Also do all of this now or first continue to run in safe mode for at least three days?

There was difficulty using Windows 11 and safe mode.

Using Windows 10 takes Windows 11 issues out of the picture.

The Macrium tutorial has information on how to make free backup images and restore an image.

When testing has completed with Windows 10 you can restore a backup image that was created while using Windows 11 or you can clean install Windows 11 (if there were no important files that were not already backed up to another disk drive or the cloud.)

If you have any questions on backup images please open a thread in:

For the clean install of Windows 10 plan to test computer stability / instability for several days with the drivers that are installed by the MCT.

If there are no hangs, freezes, BSOD, or unexpected shutdowns and restarts for several days then plan to install drivers from the computer or motherboard or component manufacturer websites.

The computer testing again will be with Windows 10 which removes any possible Windows 11 issues.

Okay got it. Obviously this is going to take some planning and preparation on my part but I’ll get to it and report back as soon as I am able. Thanks again for all your help and effort.

I actually got Marciums installed but I didn't have a drive to use so instead I just reinstalled Win11. I'm attaching a winRar file that shows all the files that were removed. I had also replaced my GPU with an older 1070 Ti and that didn't make a difference. So hopefully this has. I do appreciate all your help and was very close to buying another drive to use for Marciums but it went off sale so I figured I could always reload programs. Thanks again.
