According to Windows 11 Microsoft Store Apps get-appxpackage will do that, but I get this error:

The command I think you want is

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers -PackageTypeFilter Bundle  | Where-Object {$_.NonRemovable -eq $False} | Select-Object Name, PackageFullName

You can further customise this to redirect output to a .txt file, selectively remove packages etc, most PowerShell guides should show the syntax options available.

You typed the command of your first message into a command prompt, not PowerShell. If you type the same thing into PowerShell, you get an unusable, long, long report back.

Try Scott's or Digital Goat's lines in PowerShell.

PowerShell command output is a bit confusing you can use winget list command from Command Prompt or PowerShell to list of the applications currently installed on your computer.

I need help with Powershell. It says Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements!.
I visited the link shown which read that I can just download it from the Microsoft Store. In the MS store
the button only gave the option to open and so PS reads PowerShell 7.3.4. I soon closed it and when opening it again via the Power Users Menu, it again says to install the latest version. Is it possible that I have the latest version installed on the computer, but it wasn't made default? What should I do?

I was going to download the zip, but it says The ZIP package is the easiest way to install PowerShell 7 for testing, before committing to a full installation.

Do I need the full installation?

The commands referenced at the top of this thread work perfectly fine with the version of PowerShell that comes with Windows so you don't really need to update your version unless you are after some specific support not covered by the default installed version.
If you go to Migrating from Windows PowerShell 5.1 to PowerShell 7 - PowerShell you should be able to find the latest version.
