Afternoon,
I've currently got a couple of laptops having headphone issues when connecting via USB. We are getting a crashed machine with the error message PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR. We get this with any brand of headphone plugged in via USB. One thing I've noticed one of our machines that aren't having these issues are on 10.29.0.6815 for the Intel Smart Sound Tech for Bluetooth; Intel Smart Sound Tech for USB and Intel Smart Sound Tech Digital Mic. However, the rest of the machines are on 10.29.0.7767, before rolling back to the older driver version I wondered if other users are having these similar issues? The same model for all these machines are HP 450 G8's
